We handcraft our artisan spirits and cocktail accompaniments from BC grown grains and fruit. Everything is small batch and handmade. Kelly Ann Woods (aka The Boozewitch) has been sniffing wine as a Sommelier and mixing cocktails across Canada for over 15 years. Join us in the Gillespie’s Speakeasy Lounge every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night for Craft Cocktails made with local ingredients.

Northyards Cider Co.

Northyards Cider Co. is a craft cidery, tasting room and kitchen located in Squamish B.C. Our ciders are produced using traditional cider making methods and made from 100% B.C. apples and other local fruit. We start with pressed apples and then ferment the juice: we let the apples speak for themselves. Our kitchen and tasting room are designed to enhance your cider drinking experience serving light and fresh food in a bright and upscale surrounding.

Geo Cider Co.

Geoff Menu knows his fruit. His family is from the Okanagan. He also knows his booze. Geoff spent 30 years as a bartender – many folks at the bar would simply ask for the “Geoff special” knowing he would create something amazing. Geoff’s a hobbyist by nature and noticed the craft beer industry was exploding, but no one was making cider. He took his love of fruit and flavours and applied that to the cider he made – and Geo Cider was born.

Cliffside Cider

The first locally born craft cidery ‘On The Edge’ of downtown Squamish with Freshly made ciders, with unique blends and flavors. All handcrafted locally with great care.
